Membership

Membership Terms:
– Any unused services will roll over to the next month (excluding add-ons).
– Benefits can be shared with family members.
– 10% discount on peak services for group bookings.
– Membership fees are non-refundable.
– Platinum 15-min add-on service does not roll over.
– You must notify us before the renewal date if you wish to cancel.

Membership Cancellation Terms:
– If a member cancels their membership, they have 3 months from the cancellation date to use any remaining service credits.
– Any unused credits will expire after 3 months and cannot be redeemed.

Membership Freeze Terms:
– If a member freezes their membership, the freeze can remain in place for up to 3 months.
– Before the 3-month period ends, the member must contact us if they need additional assistance.
– If we do not hear from the member, the membership will automatically unfreeze after 3 months.
